This Saturday the Hatters welcome Huddersfield Town, to Kenilworth Road, for what should be a thrilling encounter.
Confidence should be high in the Luton Town camp following the 5-0 thrashing of high-flying Coventry City on Wednesday evening.
Can the Hatters strike twice in a week and make it 6 points out of 6 from two home games?
Ahead of the game, Luton Town occupy 9th position in the Championship with their recent form being DDDLW.
Huddersfield Town have made a slightly better start occupying 7th place in the table, 3 points ahead of Luton.
But when it comes to Huddersfield’s recent form, it seems they either win or lose with it reading LWLLW meaning that when it comes to the last 5 games both sides have taken 6 points from the 15 available.
On paper, it looks as if it is going to be a close game and according to the Sky Sports pundit David Prutton, it will end 2-2.
But it is never easy to predict the final score as far as Luton are concerned with Prutton admitting, after Luton had thrashed Coventry City 5-0:
“I must admit I did not see that result coming for Coventry at Luton in midweek! They were in such good form heading to Kenilworth Road but were given an absolute hiding.”

My view is that the Hatters will get the three points, with it ending 2-1.

The only forecast I’ll make is if we lose. Nj will say 3 games in 7 days we looked leggy an tired an all the travel took it out of us!!!!!!!!
huddersfield are a good team. be good to see matty pearson back. i think luton will be very confident tommorrow, and i hope a win is acheived. we have got the players,now lets see what they can do.i will go for 3-1 to luton. don’t want any tired legs,plenty to choose from. COYH.
Hi all must admit have been in a high since Wednesday night ,still watching the replays. But as good as we were or as bad as they were, want I have read and heard it was just one game and I hope we are not getting carried away. Seeing things like we are a top six club and others let’s back it up to with a good win and a run in October then we can say things like that . Coyh
