It looks as if it is going to remain one of life’s mysteries just when spectators will be readmitted to football grounds.
Following the announcement from the UK Government that plans to re-admit spectators into football stadia have been put on hold, nobody is sure when spectators will be allowed to watch their sides play.
It could be later this season, or it might not be until next season with this COVID-19 pandemic dictating how we live.
It was something Vital Luton Town covered in an article on Tuesday – it-is-bad-news-for-luton-town-fans – and our article prompted one of our regular visitors, Alistair, to ask a very pertinent question.
Alistair wanted to know whether you would prefer Luton Town to gain promotion to the Premier League, something that is not beyond the realms of possibility when you consider our form since the 2019 / 2020 season recommenced, or would you prefer Luton finishing mid-table with spectators allowed back in?

You Can Do Your Bit To Help Luton Town
Hi all, I would personally plump for Premier league only because I can’t see this plague going anywhere anytime soon unless a vaccine is found as I think the balance between keeping the economy afloat & protecting the vulnerable extremely difficult. Also Chris mentioned a valid point that our present ground may not be up to scratch & also the issue of our & other clubs surviving, so even if this season was concluded (& that’s yet another issue) would this dream ever turn into reality in these present uncertain & troubling times. Meanwhile let’s hope we give Watford what for on Saturday eh? COYH
Hi all, think we maybe getting ahead of ourselves a bit…only 2 games in and talking about premier league…this time last year hull were flying….I think we should just be thankful there is football to, at least, be able to watch by whatever means…..don’t see why as I’ve said b4 a limited number in ground wearing masks.. it’s out doors and surely safer than mixing in pubs, which doesn’t really bother boris etc…10 PM shutting changes nothing….but the government do get a vast amount of money from the pub trade…as in most things money talks….talking of money why cant sky step up and give clubs some financial help…the money they charge for there coverage is theft..as for saturday cant wait….
