One Of Luton’s Most Improved Players

Yesterday, down in South Wales, the Hatters carved out a 1-0 victory, against Cardiff City, courtesy of a deft header from Harry Cornick.

The goal was Cornickโ€™s 11th in the Championship this season, making the player Lutonโ€™s second top goal scorer, in the Championship, behind Elijah Adebayo, who has notched up 15 Championship goals.

Compared to last season, it represents a remarkable change in fortune for the popular striker.

Last season, Cornick had to be content with just a solitary Championship goal, scored against Bristol City in an away win back in April 2020.

His goal contribution, this season, could prove to be the difference between staying in the Championship and achieving promotion.

Cornick could, in my opinion, be the most improved player in the Hatters squad this season and his contribution, yesterday, was certainly appreciated by the Hatters faithful:

Not sure of that last one, but Iโ€™ll not argue too much.

Yes cornick is our most improved player. But for me one player has stood out all season long an without him we would not be in the position we are in now. Why he has not been promoted to his country’s senior side from under 21s is obvious. He plays for a little side an a pile of s**t* from Manchester gets a place. Even my son a half scot an Scotland supporter thinks that he should be alongside maginn. Step up Alan Campbell luons player of the year. Becoming our new kev Nicholls an matty spring.
