Luton Support Want This Midfielder To Stay

As we continue to analyse the Hatters squad with a view to who you believe should be kept on, it is time to release the results of another poll.

Firstly, I would like to thank everybody for the support they have given this mini-series, it has been received far better than I anticipated.

Hopefully, Vital Luton will continue other such series this summer as we cover the transfer speculation and await the start of the new season.

Getting back on track though, last week we offered the following article – sell-or-keep-luke-berry – with the article containing a poll pertinent to the subject matter.

Last season, Luke made just 22 appearances and contributed just 2 goals and many people thought the midfielder was underused by Nathan Jones.

Having, while at Luton, overcome injuries, Berry is the type of player the supporters love, a box-to-box player capable of scoring, therefore, it is no surprise that 66% of those that voted were of the opinion Luton Town should keep this player, with the other 34% inferring he should be moved on.

With the future of Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall in doubt, now he has returned to FA Cup winning Leicester City, next season could see the chance for Luke to stamp his claim for a regular starting place.
