Okay, being in a lockdown situation is far from enjoyable, it interrupts the way we like to live our lives and deprives us of so many things we look forward to.
But, if the government decrees it is necessary, then so be it.
However, while several seem fit to moan and complain about their lot, I feel it should be put into perspective.
Today is Remembrance Sunday, a time we pay our respects to all those who have fallen while fighting for their country, fighting for the freedom we currently enjoy.
The internet is littered with tales of bravery and stories of how so many gave so much for us to retain our way of life, often in the face of extreme adversity.
Now normally, at this time of the year, poppy sales would be prominent, veterans (and members of the public) doing their bit to raise money for the British Legion, but the pandemic has curtailed all that.
Yesterday, at Huddersfield, the captains of both clubs laid wreaths on the centre circle with both clubs wearing shirts adorned with a poppy embroidered into them.
To raise money for the British Legion, the shirts worn by the Luton players are up for auction – Match Worn Shirts – a lovely gesture by the club.
