‘The prizes are piling up for the entrants to Trust in Luton’s second quiz night!

Drinks vouchers and cinema tickets are just two of the donations from local companies to support the Trust’s fundraising efforts ? and there’ll be more to come.

Organiser Mark Stephenson said: ?The response from local businesses has been tremendous, and we’re sure we’ll be getting in more prizes for the quiz night over the next week.?

The Bricklayers Arms in High Town will be the venue for the Trust in Luton quiz on Thursday 2nd March, and BBC Three Counties Radio’s Ian Pearce will again assume the duties of quizmaster.

Entry is on the night – £10 for a team of four.’

Trust in Luton was formed in summer 2003, and, after acquiring shares in the club’s major creditor, played an instrumental part in saving Luton Town FC from John Gurney.

TiL now own a 10% shareholding in Luton Town FC, with a representative director on the club’s board, and sponsor schemes run by the club’s Football in the Community department as well as youth development projects through the in2win lottery.

TiL are currently leading the campaign for Luton Town FC to relocate to a new ground, with a petition currently holding 2,500 signatures. For more information email stadium@trustinluton.com.
