Luton Town v Stoke City – Team Sheets Revealed

This afternoon, Stoke City are the visitors to Kenilworth Road for what, should be, an entertaining fixture.

After the 1-0 win, against Cardiff City, in midweek, the Hatters faithful will be hoping their side can make it 6 points out of 6 in just a matter of days.

A win, if other results go our way, could see little old Luton climb to 3rd place in the table.

But, with so many fixtures coming in such a short space of time, it remains to be seen whether Rob Edwards will rotate his squad.

One player I’d certainly be interested in watching in a Hatters shirt, this afternoon, is our transfer deadline day loan signing, Marvelous Nakamba.

But with the kick-off fast approaching we are now able to end any predictive line-ups by bringing you the confirmed team sheets.

Starting with Luton Town:

Continuing with our visitors, Stoke City:

As for the officials, look no further:

I’ve got my fingers crossed that this is another home win for a Luton team who haven’t really got enough home wins against their name this season, time to continue to correct that methinks.

No start for Marvelous, good to see Shea back on the bench.

  • Steve Bahrain says:

James Shea fit enough for bench is fantastic news…
And RE throwing a prospect straight onto the bench? I really hope we have turned a corner and our buy young policy starts paying dividends… Will definitely enjoy eating my words if true.

😁😁Hey Alan let’s see how many pelly detractors rave on here after saying not good enough sell him. Haha. Shame on them. This is not a criticism but I wish the boys would not rely on a 1-0 it gives me a squiqy bum lol

reminds me of “1-0 to the Arsenal” did George Graham no harm!

    • Alan says:

Hi Chris, to be honest I think pelly had been a different player under Edwards, but I say it quietly…..lol….I agree with the 2nd goal bit, would help the nerves a bit. But two great home wins & clean sheets…

i would quietly say ruddock has been a different player as alan says, but i stand by what i have previously said. time will tell. poor nakamba looked lost, but fred brings a tricky game changer into our great team. clark stood out for me, always looking to go forwards. good to hear lansbury is getting fit, would love to see him back. would be happy with 1-0 wins for rest of season.COYH.
