With the January transfer window open, the Hatters have announced their first signing.
After much speculation, some of which we covered earlier this week β defensive-duo-interesting-the-hatters – Luton have confirmed that the deal to bring Tom Holmes to the club, has been completed β
Holmes is a Hatter.

As usual, the term βundisclosed Feeβ makes another appearance and the fact that Tom is being loaned back to Reading, for the remainder of the season, indicates the defender is deemed as one for the future.
Although Tom may not be a Familiar name to the Hatters support, all Iβll say is that if he performs half as well as our last signing from Reading, Gabe Osho, has done, heβll be a superb asset to the club.

Luton Town β And So It Is Another North-West Trip
wish him good luck at luton. just wondering what message that sends to our young defenders trying to make the first team. hope the dubai trip gets the team relaxed. a few players look tired, and need a break. hope the weather is o.k. steve bahrain made it sound freezing. COYH.
Logic suggests that we may be without locks next season. Kabore will prob be gone & potts may not be content with being on the bench. It’s a no brainer really…
Heard anything about about another signing yet Alan. I was expecting another player this week but heard nothing since last Monday.
Throw into the mix the amount of centre-back injuries we tend to pick up in the season, so we need depth in numbers
There are 1 or 2 medicals imminent….
Thanks Alan suspect one is the reading lad the other could be the one I mentioned last week.also a few sites are saying that Giles could be loaned out with an option to buy.can’t see it myself as he’s needed here what’s your opinion on it.
I would imagine it depends if Abbey comes & is not loaned back to reading, maybe Giles may go. But I can see him staying to be honest..
So abbey is off to olympiarcos the sister club of forest any bets on where he ends up πππ avoiding points deduction.
