Unlikely, probably, or not a cat in hells chance are three choices that immediately spring to mind.
But, according to The Daily Mail, the Hatters are among a string of clubs showing an interest in the young Wolves defender, Dion Sanderson.
Just 21-years-of-age, Sanderson spent last season, on loan, at Sunderland having an impressive season at the heart of the Black Cats defence, making 26 appearances.
As a result, Sunderland have tried to tempt Wolves into parting with the player with, according to our quoted source, a £1 million bid being knocked back.
Also, with Wolves having added the Colombian centre back, Yerson Musquera, to their squad, our source believes Sanderson could be sold, if the price is right.
However, that price is reckoned to be around the £2 million mark.
Although Cardiff City, Birmingham City, Stoke City, Millwall and Newcastle are all said to be interested, as well as Luton, is it a deal that might go ahead?
My thoughts are that it is pretty unlikely to.
Luton are well covered in the centre half position, especially with the signing of Reece Burke to fill the void left by the departure of Matty Pearson.
Furthermore, if Luton were to splash that sort of cash, I would hope it would be on a striker, an area of the squad that many feel is still the area that requires improving.

Morning Andrew, I would hope that we would spend it on a striker myself as that is our biggest area of need. I don’t care who as long as he does the business an scored goals
I’ll also say that only came about when Paul put up a post from a site about an Austrian striker linking us an saying that he would be 2 million. An then I put up a theoretical debate about whether we should spend that sort of money.
I would like to see a young striker come in as I think we have experience in depth now with CJ and DH and then big Mick on the sidelines, is there any of the youngsters coming through this season as it seems they don’t get much of a chance to and don’t throw JJ at me as he is the only one for a while or are just bring in other new faces from other clubs
It’s a definite no to Dion Sanderson however signing Dion Charles, a striker at Accrington would certainly be a yes from me. Several Championship clubs linked would cost around £1m and is light years ahead of Gomez.
Maybe Jordan Clark could have a word ?

Sadly Andrew, it looks bleak on that front apart from perriera our only other striker was injured on loan in non league.
Talking of DH, i am disappointed to see lots of negativeity on social media towards Danny. I think he’s been unlucky and can still do us a turn. A class act if given another chance.
I must admit I like DH and hope he can still do something with us maybe behind the scenes more hate to see him go .
