Luton Get This Decision Spot On

I have been away from the keyboard, doing the proper job, for the last few days.

The very night I started my enforced absence it was announced that Peter Kioso had packed his suitcase again and was headed, a few miles up the M1, to play for Northampton Town for the rest of the season.

The move came only a matter of days after the Hatters ended what we believed was a season-long loan, for the player, at Bolton Wanderers.

When Kioso was, unexpectedly, recalled, it was suggested, by several visitors to this site, Nathan Jones may have seen how well he was doing with Bolton and Kioso may have played his way into the Luton match day squad.

But it was not to be, instead, I believe Nathan has acted smartly.

Aware of how good Kioso was doing at League 2 Bolton, it would appear that the gaffer wanted to see how well Kioso would do in League 1 with the Cobblers.

By, all accounts, it seems that on his debut, Kioso more than held his own against League One opposition and if he continues down the same path, then perhaps the Championship, with Luton, is an odds on bet next season.

Hi mh, as you know I am a big fan of kioso. An think in time he will be our number 1 full back. An as we don’t have a an under 23 squad. Playing regularly in div 1 will help his progression. He is still very raw an his positioning needs a lot of work. But under curled he will learn a lot. An if he’s injury free I see him starting next season

Feel what Nathan has done with the defence and the loan players he sent out to gain experience is great.
However we must get at least one or two strikers in before it is too late. Even Collins has gone of the boil and along with Cornick misses to many easy chances. If he want to say in the Irish squad he must start scoring goals as his current record is not good for a leading striker. Hilton and Lua Lua also could be put out on loan to recover their scoring abilities once we have either signed or loaned two Championship standard strikers.

Please Nathan and Directors sign someone before it is too late if not with our lack of scoring goals we could be in trouble at the end of the season
