Luton – Bringing Them Up The Right Way

I’m started to get excited now another obstacle has been cleared on the way to the new season starting.

There are two events I always tick off on my calendar that need to be negotiated before the realisation that the new season is almost upon us.

The first is Wimbledon and the second is the Open Golf.

Now I have no interest in either, they are just not my kind of sports but with one over and one about to start, I can now accept that 30th July and that opening fixture, against Birmingham City, is just around the corner.

Despite not liking tennis I did (unfortunately) catch a glimpse of the final and I was impressed by the behaviour of Prince George.

In sweltering heat, the young Prince, along with his mum and dad watched on as history was made.

But I swear I picked up on something the television cameras missed.

I reckon when Prince William leaned over and asked his son, during a break in play, the all-important question:

“What does one think of it so far son?”

Prince George, with a smile on his face, replied:

“It’s okay dad but when are we going to go and watch the famous Luton Town?”
