As is the norm and before the month had begun, we used our poll facility to ask a very pertinent question.

With 6 games scheduled to be played, we asked the question:

How Will Luton Fare In April?

We gave you three options to choose from:

1318 points
712 points

and

16 points

After losing the first two fixtures in April, against Barnsley and Derby County, it looked as if it would become a bleak month.

However, Luton’s form picked up and the remaining four games saw victories against Wycombe Wanderers, Watford and Bristol City, interspersed with a draw against Reading, meaning that the Hatters ended the month with 10 points, a pretty decent return.

It was a return that most of you predicted with 77% of the votes cast going for 7-12 points.

The remaining votes saw 18% believing Luton would accumulate 13-18 points with the remaining 5% of the opinion the Hatters would earn 1-6 points.

With only three fixtures remaining, Middlesbrough, Rotherham and Queens Park Rangers, all in May, how do you think Luton will fare in the merry month of May?
