What`s The Answer?

Yet again we failed to hang onto a lead away from home.

I`ve lost count of the number of times that has happened and the two lost points on Saturday cost us dearly with the top clubs stretching their lead and Luton slipping further down the table.

James Dance is another who is also struggling to comprehend why an din an interview given to the local media you can see why, with Jamie commenting,

“If we had got three points today, it would have been massive. Cambridge are doing really well, I think I read somewhere that they haven`t lost in 17 games, so at half time we were pleased with how we played and were hoping that we could carry it on until the end, but it wasn`t to be.”

“Ideally, we would like to be taking points off the teams around us but it`s a long old season. Form dips and returns for certain teams. Some teams haven`t had a dip yet and it has to come sooner or later because that`s football, so we just hope to be in and around when it happens.”

“If we could put our finger on why we drop points away from home when in winning positions then we wouldn`t be playing at this level.”

“The manager has his views on it which, again, we`ve been over. It`s up to us out there and I don`t know the answer but after an hour the onus was on them. Apart from one time where we did deal with it comfortably, they`ve managed to take two points off us.”

Does anyone out there have the answer?
