Hat Trick Hero

With no midweek game this week, Luton used the occasion to play a strong team in the reserves fixture with Stevenage.

The move paid dividends with Luton running out 4-1 winners with the high spot being a hat-trick for our latest arrival, Ryan Brunt

The young striker, on loan from Stoke, certainly caught the eye and may well have gate-crashed the starting eleven this weekend as Luton prepare to take on Newport.

Speaking about young Ryan and possibly a place in the eleven against Newport, Gary Brabin had this to say,

“If he wasn`t in my thoughts I wouldn`t have brought him here in the first place.”

“I don`t want to get too carried away with him, he is a young lad who keeps hold of the ball and hopefully he can come in here and help our attacking options.”

“He has played at a level above and shown a little glimpse of that.”

Looks like we may have a star on our hands!
