The aftermath of the fracas, at York City, that eventually saw our gaffer charged by the Police, continues to rumble on.
Gary Brabin, summoned to Selby Magistrates Court, earlier this week, entered a plea of not guilty to two charges of assault and one charge of using threatening behaviour.
Returning to that day at Bootham Crescent, Brabin is accused of breaking a finger of one of the stewards who escorted him from the ground.
A date for his trial has yet to be fixed.
