Poll Result

In our latest poll, ‘What do you think of Championship referees this season’, a massive 61% of you thought that referees are getting worse each year!

The full result was:

Getting worse each year: 61%

Better than in League 1: 10%

No difference: 10%

Excellent: 19%

My choice was that they are better than in League 1, as there is a hierarchy of referees and the more experienced ones tend to get more Championship games, and more matches are controlled by referees from the elite list such as the excellent Uriah Rennie last week.
