The magic of the FA Cup certainly prevailed when the draw for the 5th round of the competition was staged.

Who would have thought that, for the second consecutive season, Luton Town would be drawn against Chelsea?

Last season, the tie was staged at Stamford Bridge with the Hatters losing 3-1 in an empty stadium courtesy of the COVID-19 pandemic.

That tie was the last game of Frank Lampard’s tenure as the Chelsea boss with Thomas Tuchel now in charge.

Continuing with our visitors, Chelsea:

As for the officials, look no further:

Referee – Peter Bankes
Assistant Referee – Neil Davies
Assistant Referee – James Mainwaring
Fourth Official – Graham Scott

Can the Hatters provide a cup shock, or will Chelsea’s class be too much?

I guess we are about to find out!

fantastic team performance.shows we can still play well with a mixed up team. i think isted answered a few questions tonight, my man of the match.wish the defence could have a bit of time to get used to each other, less mistakes would be made. overall great performance against a good chelsea side.COYH.
