Ahead of the home game, against Crystal Palace, last weekend, there was huge belief that Luton Town would get their first home win of the season.

As it turned out, that proved to be exactly the case with Jacob Brown grabbing the winning goal in a 2-1 win.

This Saturday, the Hatters make the short trip to West London to take on a Brentford side that sit, currently, in 11th place in the Premier League table having accumulated, from the same number of games, 16 points, 7 more than the Hatters have.

But, looking at their recent form, we find that their form has slipped with the Bees having lost their last two games after winning the previous three, giving me cause for optimism that Luton Town can, today, add to their points total, hopefully getting into double figures for the season.

But is that feeling replicated in our pre-match poll?

Looking at the result, the support are not as confident as they were last weekend, with only 31% predicting Luton Town will take all three points available.

As for the other options available, 22% reckon it will be a miserable journey home with Brentford getting back to winning ways, while the remaining 47% reckon the spoils will be shared.

I guess come 1700 hours this evening, we’ll find out who was right!
