There is no doubting that between now and the transfer window closing, the Hatters will be linked with adding to those all ready recruited.

The latest, possible, addition I’ve stumbled upon come courtesy of the Evening Standard, who are inferring that Luton Town are looking at bringing the versatile Arsenal player, Rob Holding, to Kenilworth Road.

Holding has not featured in any of Arsenal’s three Premier League games and has been informed by the Arsenal boss, Mikel Arteta, that he is free to leave.

According to our source, 27-year-old Holding is also interesting other clubs, notably Crystal Palace, Wolverhampton Wanderers and some clubs in Spain.

Able to play as a central defender, a full back or a midfielder, Holding could be a decent acquisition, however, am I not alone in thinking that it is in the forward area that we need to boost our resources?

just reporting it Chris, 40K wages he’s on at the minute, as for the loan quota, I’m getting all confused lol

He has a lot of premiership experience and a great tacler and stopper. I would bid £20 million for him and see what they say. He would add leadership and win us trophys. He is just in his prime.

sounds like he would be a perfect fit dave, but i fancy that finances will be the problem. think we should use the players we have at this time. COYH.
