Last week, quite correctly in my opinion, the Hatters recalled Aribim Pepple from his season long loan spell at Grimsby Town.
Following the publication of our article – revenge-is-a-dish-best-served-cold – I noticed a comment posted by Steve Bahrain that suggested the Hatters should also recall Dion Pereira, from Bradford City, as he was no longer getting the match time he required at the League Two club.
Our article – time-for-a-recall-for-this-player – as, you’d expect, carried a poll whether you thought Luton Town should recall Dion, the response left us in no doubt as to your views, with 64% believing it was the time to do so compared to the 36% who believed he should remain under the tuition of Mark Hughes, at Valley Parade.
Decision like this are for managers, always difficult to make, but if Dion isn’t getting as much football, as anticipated, surely it is time to recall him and discuss other option.
