Luton – The Support Vote To Keep This Player

In the third of our mini summer series, relating to the possible Hatters future of some members of the squad, we chose to focus on Dan Potts.

Our article – what-to-do-with-dan-potts – highlighted Dans versatility but also concentrated on how few appearances the defender made last season.

With the obligatory poll included in the article, with the same three options we’re using for all our series:

• Keep Him
• Loan Him

and

• Sell Him

we are now able to reveal the results.

It seems you believe that Dan does have a future at the club, with 48% voting to Keep Him.

Among the several comments left under the referenced article, were several complimenting Dan on being a club man and never rocking the boat and being versatile enough to operate at the heart of the defence or as an attacking left back when called upon.

However, despite that vote of confidence, there were still 36% who voted for the Sell Him option, not the option I’d admit to supporting and a further 16% who wanted to Loan Him, I must admit I can’t understand the viability of that option, surely it is a straight choice between Keep Him and Sell Him!

I guess the coming weeks, before the transfer window slams shut at the end of August, will see the future of Dan Potts decided.
