Well, the wait is now over and we now know who we’ve been paired with in the FA Cup 5th round.

Although we still have to overcome the League Two outfit, Grimsby Town, in a 4th round replay, I’m guessing the majority of Hatters supporters were tuned into The One Show, on BBC1.

With the draw hosted by Mark Chapman and the balls drawn by Alex Scott and Jermain Jenus, it seemed to take an age before we actually got around to the draw with some mundane news taking priority.

But, my interest was kept courtesy of Jermain Jenus promising it would be coming up soon!

Eventually, 14 minutes into the programme it started, well sort of, we were then treated to the brief highlights of the 4th round ties.

The wait was soon over though and as the balls were drawn out of that cheap looking contraption, ball #6 soon appeared and Luton Town were drawn to take on, providing they beat Grimsby Town in the aforementioned replay, Southampton (a),

Bring it on, bring it on!

Southampton away BOOM 😉 an added incentive for us to beat Grimsby, SHOULD that happen i think we’ll shift the full allocation of 4750

Will be a good test of Southampton’s promotion credentials if we can get past Grimsby…

Not really Alan I don’t dwell on the past. But I’m not going to go gung ho just because the ex manager is there. I’m liking the way Edwards is going about things apart from the keeper situation. An if he can beat grimsby then I may look forward to the game. An I’ll garenteed it will be a feachered game on TV.

even though not everyone is bothered about cup games, they can and do create great exciting moments, that all fans love. grimsby really suprised me, but luton have done the same over the years. lets hope the job gets done at grimsby. fingers crossed, now lets get at cardiff ,COYH.
