It is fair to say that Luton Town have fared better than the other two teams promoted from the EFL Championship last season.
Burnley and Sheffield United, who both finished above Luton Town last season, are both struggling at the foot of the table.
However, despite some sterling performances we still have it all to do when it comes to securing our Premier League status for the 2024/2025 season.
But, in our ongoing predicament, at the wrong end of the table, we continue to produce performances that attract praise from the opposition support and yesterday was no exception.
Looking at social media this morning, it is not hard to find comments praising the Hatters for the performances they generate and the manner in which the club has gone about expressing themselves in the top flight of English football, as the comments below perfectly illustrate:
Gave us a scare, think you’ll stay up though. You’ve got the most character out of the teams we’ve faced down there.

Omg your a great team to watch, how you are where you are is only down to you having luck, but yours is bad luck it's gotta turn surely? All the best 😍

Our luck turning is only something we can hope for, but it is great to see that among all the jibes about the away end, our ground and our past, people are appreciative of what we have and are continuing to achieve.
