The Conference may be in a state of limbo when it comes to sponsorship next season!
With Blue Square Bet having served their term as the sponsor of the Conference Premier, the league is hastily looking for another sponsor to take over.
If successful, any sponsorship deal should see a cash injection of £20,000 for each Premier club, but it is a task that is proving difficult as the General Manager of the Conference, Dennis Strudwick has remarked in a recent interview,
“We are working without success, we believe there is somebody who will do it, but I have to be honest we don`t have it on the hook yet.”
Time, as they say, is running out!
