Wall Looking to Return

We`re not sure if Saturday will be the day but it`s looking as if our young striker, Alex Wall, is edging towards a return to first team action.

Wall, who has missed the last two games through illness, played in an in-house training game on Tuesday.

As well as being side-lined through illness, Wall has suffered from niggling injuries that have frustrated John Still when it comes to the youngster furthering his career whilst also offering Still options up front.

Talking about the young striker, Still has told the local media,

“I had big things in my mind for Alex Wall this year, I really did. I thought he`d be a monster for us and he still might be maybe. We`ve just got to take our time.”

“He`s had more consultants see him than he`d like to mention, but hopefully we`re getting to the bottom of it.”

As a Hatters supporter, I sincerely hope this is the case.
