It`s always heart-warming to read how grateful a player is to have been given the chance to pull on a Hatters shirt, it appears that Kane Ferdinand is no different.
Not quite in the picture at London Road, with Peterborough United, it appears that the 21 year-old was over the moon to be given the chance t resurrect his career, under John Still, at Kenilworth Road.
Discussing the move with the local media, Ferdinand had this to say,
“He was very nice and made the move very appealing. He mentioned the way that the club`s been so good recently, they are on this unbeaten run, so it was hard to say no to a club that`s doing so well.”
Although out of favour this season, it should be remembered that Ferdinand made thirty-two appearances for Peterborough United last season which must indicate he has something about him.
With Luke Guttridge currently out with a hamstring strain, Ferdinand now has the perfect opportunity to grasp that starting eleven position and become an asset as we close in on promotion.
