Our new striker, Tommy Wright, made his Hatters debut against Wrexham.
Our latest signing cam eon as a second half substitute but, listening to the player himself, it may take a few games for him to be able to show us his best work.
Wright has been somewhat starved of action this season having made only two substitute appearances for Kidderminster, prompting the striker to remark,
“I`ve had hardly anything at all. It was great to get a couple of outings on the bench at Kidderminster, but I didn`t get the full 90.”
“Hopefully I can get a bit more game time and get my sharpness back.”
“I didn`t play as much as I would like last year, got myself a few goals but it`s been a slow start.”
“We`re near to the end of October and I need to be knocking on the door to get on the pitch.”
Will Tommy get that chance or will eh find it hard with our current batch of strikers?
