Five games to go and Luton Town are very handily placed to grab one of the four play-off places up for grab.
Indeed, the points gap between us and Norwich City, in seventh place in the EFL Championship table, a cool eight points, provides the buffer we’d need if we were to suffer a dip in form.
Every game now resembles a cup final, with results being more important than performance.
Luton’s next two games are both away from home, a trip to South Yorkshire to take on Rotherham this Saturday and then a trip to Berkshire to take on Reading next Wednesday.
Both Rotherham United and Reading are fighting to retain their Championship status, with Reading’s case being worsened by a recent 6-point deduction.
On paper they look like teams Luton Town should be beating, but we all know there are no easy games in this division, are there?
