As we still await official news of the first signing of the 2023 summer transfer window, I thought I’d start the day off with a poll result.

Last week, here on Vital Luton Town, I ran an article relating to a signing from the summer of 2022, Cauley Woodrow, which discussed whether the former Barnsley and Fulham striker, would be remaining at Kenilworth Road next season.

The inference was based on the number of starts Cauley made during our promotion season, a season in which Cauley spent a lot of time on the bench.

Our article contained a poll which asked the pertinent question:

Will Cauley Woodrow Remain A Hatter Next Season?

Looking not to complicate the options available, to our readership, I simply offered two options:

YES

and

NO

The poll was relatively close when it came to the result with the NO option receiving 58% of the votes cast compared to the YES option which received the remaining 42% of the votes cast.

If our readership has gauged this poll right, it remains to be seen where Cauley ends up, my view is that if a departure is on the cards, Cauley will drop back into the Championship to ply his trade.

Feel free to air your views on this poll result in the comment facility beneath this article.
