Earlier today, here at Vital Luton Town, we published an article that implied Nathan Jones wanted to add two more players to his squad.
Our article – two-more-summer-signings-anticipated – concentrated on the fact that two more signings would be number eight and nine of a hectic pre-season, we also theorised that they could well be a keeper and anther striker.
Well, we could, as we have been before, wrong!
Lurking in the pages of Football League World, is an interesting article that links Luton Town with a more for a midfielder with the player in question being Dennis Adeniran.
Adeniran, just 22-years-of-age, is a free agent after his contract at Everton expired.
Delving into his past it appears that Adeniran has yet to make a Premier League appearance for Everton and spent last season out on loan at Wycombe Wanderers.
Although linked with the Hatters, it also appears that several other clubs are interested in acquiring the services of a player who has played for England at U17, U18 and U19 levels with Sheffield Wednesday, Hull, Blackpool and Sunderland all getting honourable mentions.
Looking at his past, it would appear that Adeniran is a player who had enormous potential but kind of lost his way trying to force his way into Evertonโs Premier League side, but a move to a Championship club, possibly us, could revitalise his career.
I guess his choice of next club will depend on how any of the interested clubs promote themselves, if that is the case and if Luton really are interested, then a move to Bedfordshire could be just what the lad is looking for.
I will endeavour to keep my eyes open in case anything materialises.

Luton โ Two More Summer Signings Anticipated
We are only allowed 25 players in the squad according to EFL rules. Whilst this could be a could deal for the future if Pelly signs we will have enough midfield players.
In the past I have said we need three experienced goalkeepers and one more striker. Although some disagreed I still feel Joe Piggott could be the next striker? Is Walton still available or has he now found a club? Does anyone know if Lua Lua has found a club yet as he deserves to be playing at division 1 at least?

So after what was a public practice match. All I can say is that Jordan Clark is pushing for a start in our opening game very sharp and fit today.

I did say that it was only a public practice game an yes it was Hitchin. But Jordan Clark was the stand out player of the day that’s all I’ve said!!!!!
Let’s hope we can carry on the good start, I hope the new players can fit in it’s seem they can but up against better teams let’s see but I hope we can kick on . I have heard what you have all said on this great site that you feel we are still a few seasons away from going up I understand but I just want us to see we are a great team and fear no one for a change and they worry about us . Adrew this was a meaningless game just to improve fitness an we shouldn’t read anything at all into it. As to our starting line up for the season. Also one more interesting thing to note isted started the second half. Yet he’s been released!!!!
I understand that you mean it’s a good start let’s hope the new players that have come in, can settle in and hit the game running . I am like all Luton fans we just want us to move forward as a unit . It’s important we all keep behind the team ,the staff as we all belong to the club it’s in our blood . I don’t know what Alan has Heard but I’m hearing another striker. Also my whisper is we have struggled to get an experienced keeper as no one wants to be 3rd choice to ours. An that’s why isted played the second half as he’s still training with us.
