Luton – An Absolute Abomination

I don’t mind admitting, just like the wife consistently tells me, I watch far too much football.

Recently, I seem to be watching any game that is televised live, whether it be Premier League, EFL or Scottish.

Of course, some coverage is better than others, with, in my opinion, Sky’s coverage of the Premier League surpassing all other.

Sat watching Manchester City, the other night, I caught sight of something that really does irk me, the dreaded half-and-half scarf.

With the cameras occasionally focussing on the crowd, they were easy to pick out.

Now, I’ve nothing against tourists, if they’ve got a ticket, buying one but would I, as an ordinary fan, buy one?

Definitely not, I abhor them bring back the old silk scarf I say, worn around the wrist like in the old days.

But, if we can secure, via the play-offs, how many Hatters fans would buy a half-and-half scarf for visits to the likes of Anfield, Old Trafford, Stamford Bridge, Emirates Stadium etc etc?
