Football can be a strange game!
The Conference fixtures have been released and The Hatters will start their anticipated promotion campaign with a trip to Southport on August 10th.
The opening fixture of the new season also gives the new Hatters duo of Shaun Whalley and Andrew Parry to make a quick return to the club they left to come to Kenilworth Road.
Also, in another strange twist, Luton start this campaign with a repeat of the final fixture of the 2012 / 2013 season!
Like we said, football can be a strange game.
