Is A Top Ten Finish Achievable For Luton?

The Championship table certainly makes for interesting reading at the moment for Luton supporters.

After the fully deserved win, at Deepdale, against Preston North End, courtesy of a late own goal from the home sides keeper, Daniel Iverson, the Hatters occupy a very respectable 13th position with 50-points having played 37 games.

With just 9 games to go in what has been a thrilling 2020 / 2021 season, it remains to be seen where Luton Town can finish.

Currently, the Hatters have a game in hand over two of the teams immediately above them in the table, Millwall and Stoke.

If Luton win that game in hand, they could climb to 10th place and be just 3 points behind Middlesbrough.

After the struggles of last season, who would have dared to dream the side could reach such dizzy heights.

But and here is the $64,000 question:

Can Luton Secure A Top 10 Finish?

Yes!

Yes!

No!

No!

Undecided!

Undecided!

Or would that be a step too far?

Your thoughts on the subject matter, in the comment facility beneath this article, would be most welcome.

now the shackles are off and the lads can play with that bit of freedom MH spoke about and a top 10 finish is doable. Increasing our head to head lead over the yellow bellies goes without saying but finishing above basket case club stoke would be a great way to end the season.

    I can see it now.

    SATURDAY 8TH MAY

    QPR 1 – 3 Luton, Cornick Hatrick
Watford 0 – 1 Swansea, Andre Gray own Goal

Luton needed just a point to make the playoffs and Watford needed a point for automatic promotion.
