The season may only still be in its infancy, with a long hard slog ahead of us, but I doubt we will see a tackle as bad as the one that side-lined Allan Campbell.
How the perpetrator got away with just a yellow card remains a mystery with the following scial media posting summing it up perfectly:
Saw the tackle on the tv and how the other guy only got a yellow is shocking . I knew it was bad because he never stays down after a challenge.

However, with the Hatters trying desperately to deal with an ongoing injury crisis, we have learned that Allanโs long road to making a comeback is now in full swing with the Scottish midfielder having started running again on his damaged ankle.
After joining the Hatters from Motherwell, Allan was just starting to show how influential his style can be in a Hatters shirt, a throwback to the days when every team had a hard running, tough-tackling midfielder.
With his comeback underway, social media is alive with comments wishing the Scotsman a speedy recovery, as the following perfectly illustrate:

Good to see it wasnโt as serious as I think a lot of us feared ๐๐๐

Hopefully, Allan will be back in contention for first team selection shortly.
