Following on from the scintillating performance yesterday, when Hereford United were put to the sword in emphatic fashion, we`ve uncovered a few statistics for you to mull over:-

1 – The last time Luton Town managed to score seven times at home was back in 1989 when Mansfield Town were thrashed 7-2 in a League Cup tie.

2 – The last time Luton Town won by a seven goal margin, at Kenilworth Road, was way back in 1985 when Southampton were trounced 7-0.

3 – The 7-0 victory yesterday extended Luton`s record breaking run in the league to a fantastic 22 games without a defeat whilst also making it 11 straight wins at Kenilworth Road.
