With this being the last Saturday shopping before the festive celebrations hit us, there was a suspicion that the attendance might drop today.

The feeling what is known as ‘Panic Saturday` would see a few empty seats inside Kenilworth Road.

As it turns out the attendance was a very respectable 6,913 with 26 from Gateshead which is a tribute to what John Still is trying to do for our fantastic club.

Also the win ensures that when Hatters fans are allowed to occupy the Oak Road Stand, we pull off another emphatic victory.
