A Select Band?

It`s been a subject we`ve touched on a couple of times this summer, namely the Hatters future of Danny Spiller.

The former Gillingham player, signed on a free transfer, has yet to kick a ball in anger for Luton Town and it`s looking as if that will remain the case.

In fact, as we suspected earlier this summer, it looks as if Spiller will be parting company with Luton with John Still remarking on the subject,

“I think him and the club are in talks almost as we speak about an agreement in terms of his contract being cancelled.”

I wonder how many others, during our long history, have arrived at Kenilworth Road and subsequently left without playing a first team game.
