Having been on loan at Southport, the grapevine infers that the Lancashire side are keen to get their hands on Godfrey Poku again.
But Gary Brabin is having none of it and has refused to listen to the guff coming form the Southport camp instead re-iterating,
“I haven`t heard any of these rumours or quotes.”
“I`m certainly not going to be bullied into selling him or him going back on loan.
“Now he`s come back to us I certainly don`t regret it. I know Godfrey doesn`t regret it as it`s been a fantastic experience for him.”
“He`s certainly part of our squad and let`s see if he keeps developing. He was part of our last league fixture so he`s very much part of our plans.”
We`ll take it the lad is going nowhere then!
