Tonight, the Hatters welcome Wycombe Wanderers to Kenilworth Road, for a League Two match and the chance to further increase that gap at the summit of the table.
Hopefully, after grinding out two 1-0 wins in their two previous games, Morecambe (h) and Grimsby (a), the faithful will be hoping for a little more breathing space tonight and a far more comfortable evening.
