The January transfer window has less than a week to run before it closes, but, as we know, the last 24 hours will be hectic.
Earlier this week, we ran an article relating to the, apparent, interest in our attacking defender Ryan Giles – all-quiet-on-the-january-transfer-front.
The article illustrated the possibility that Ryan could be set to drop down to the EFL Championship to get some regular first team football after seeing very little since joining Luton Town.
But, in the days since our article was published, it transpires that promotion chasing Hull City could be set to win the battle accoring to HITC.
In our original article – Click Here – we also ran a poll simply asking if you were of the opinion Ryan could leave Luton Town this transfer window.
The results were close with 57% reckoning the player could be set for a move while the other 43% reckon he’ll be staying.
Interestingly, it appears that Hull City are willing to pay in the region of £4.5 million for the player who cost the Hatters circa £5 million, in the summer.
Here at Vital Luton Town I’ll be keeping an eye on any confirmation of the deal being completed as the transfer deadline approaches.
