Luton – They Played For Both – Barnet

With the Hatters not taking centre stage until Monday, I thought I’d slip another random article under the radar.

Last time out, in our ‘They Played for Both’ series I selected – Chesterfield

This time around, I’ve stayed with the National League and selected another side who once graced the Football League but who have now fallen on bad timer – Barnet.

After much deliberation and verification through various sources, I’ve come up with the following starting XI (plus substitute):

Goalkeeper – Dean Brill

Defender – Jamie Campbell
Defender – Jack Stacey
Defender – Anthony Charles
Defender – Gregor Rioch

Midfielder – Andre Boucard
Midfielder – David Court
Midfielder – Darren Currie

Forward – Paul Furlong
Forward – Kevin Gallen
Forward – Brian Stein

Substitute – Rossi Jarvis

Now, even though I say it myself, that is a pretty decent front three.
