Luton Stalwart Linked With Turkish Move

The future of the Luton Town midfielder, Pelly Ruddock Mpanzu, is starting to resemble one of those transfer window epic adventures.

Over the past few weeks’ speculation has suggested, as reported by Vital Luton – midfielder-keen-to-stay-at-kenilworth-road – that Pelly wanted to stay at Kenilworth Road.

However, our most recent offering implied – the-end-is-nigh-for-hatters-midfielder – with Middlesbrough or Blackburn Rovers being the most likely destinations.

But, late yesterday, another possible destination emerged.

According to The 72, there is now the distinct possibility that Pelly may be leaving these shores to try his luck in the Turkish Super Lig.

Our source is implying that Pelly has had talks about joining Hatayspor as the Turkish side look to improve on a creditable sixth finish in the Super Lig last season.

Obviously, it would be a major upheaval for the 27-year-old to leave English football but probably a lucrative one when it comes to the financial side of things.

Can we, here at Vital Luton Town, see it happening?

Well, after what has been a unique summer transfer window, nothing would surprise us.

As is the norm, we will endeavour to keep abreast of the situation and report back as deemed necessary.

I knew no club would want him in the Championship – so not surprised at this move – I wish him well but the king is dead long live the king – LTFC dont need him now and he would never make it in the Premiership – sad but that is the reward for greed.

  • Alan says:

Unfortunately for you Peter he has had 2 offers from championship clubs and Turkey…. just cos you don’t rate him doesn’t mean its gospel. As I’ve said before hope he doesn’t return to haunt us…be careful what you wish for…

bit of a culture shock for ruddock if he goes to turkey, ithink he would find it more difficult to get in the team if he stays, but stranger things have happened.COYH.
