Luton – November Was One Bad Month

Back when November was in its infancy, we posed our regular monthly question.

We wanted to know, via our poll facility:

How Many Points Will Luton Earn In November?

We tempted you with three options:

10-15 points
6-9 points
0-5 points

With the action on the field, as far as November is concerned, finished, we can now assess the results.

In November, Luton had the following fixtures to fulfill:

• Middlesbrough (h)
• Stoke (h)
• Queens Park Rangers (a)
• Nottingham Forest (a)
• Cardiff City (h)

As it turned out, those 5 games resulted in just 1 win, against Middlesbrough, 1 draw, against Nottingham Forest, with the other 3 games ending in defeat.

Therefore, Luton, with 15 points available, only managed to accumulate 4, meaning those who voted for 0-5 points, 9% of you, were correct.

Based on the above, I guess it is safe to say November was one hell of a disappointing month!

Hopefully, December will prove to be better.
