Luton – Is This Striker On The Hatters Radar?

Doing my usual round-up of the morning transfer tittle-tattle I came across an interesting piece of speculation.

According to The Sun, number of clubs are looking at signing the Chesterfield forward, Kabongo Tshimanga.

The 24-year-old, although playing in the National League, has hit a very impressive 21 goals in 22 games for his club.

Such is his scoring prowess; our referenced source implies his talent has attracted interest from one Premier League side and a number of Championship clubs.

Could one of those Championship clubs be Luton Town?

No price, for his services, has been mentioned and, no doubt, unless the player is for sale, his club will want to hang on to him.

There is also the risk that if he is signed, he may find the gap between his current level of football and the Championship is too big to overcome, but I guess you’ll never find out until you try.

It may be worth keeping an eye out for the name of Kabongo Tshimanga, you just never know, stranger things have happened.
