Blackburn Rovers 2 Luton Town 2

This game had, when you reflect, everything and considering the circumstances Luton did exceedingly well to grab a point.

Nathan Jones team selection was thrown into chaos after losing a player in the morning to illness (Adebayo), another during the warm-up (Muskwe) and then another just eleven minutes into the game (Campbell).

Considering the above it was no wonder that the team did not get off to the best of starts and found themselves 2-0 down after 31 minutes courtesy of strikes from Dolan and Pickering.

At 2-0 down the game had that feeling that it was getting away from us, but the Hatters never gave in and it was to be Berry that came to the rescue.

With 73 minutes gone the midfielder dragged Luton back into the game with a smart finish after a cross from Ruddock-Mpanzu and then in the 98th minute tapping home a header down by the experienced Jerome, to leave the travelling support making all the noise.

Next stop, Ashton Gate on Wednesday.
