It’s hard to contemplate that there will be no more live football this month.
But it is something that we just have to accept and get on with our lives and try and fill the void left.
However, in times of adversity, the British have a unique way of getting through a crisis, it usually involves humour.
Scanning through the feed on the Twitter -Luton Town FC, I couldn’t help but muster a giggle or two when it came to the following post:
*Desperately scrabbles round for content*
In the absence of a Hatters goal in March, make sure you let us know who wins our Shot On Target of the Month competition – with the illustrious selection compiled in the video below… #COYH pic.twitter.com/7mT2nh9KwE

Clearly, with no more football and with the Hatters not having scored a goal in March, the ‘Goal of the Month’ award was dead on its feet.
But switching to the ‘Shot on Target of the Month’ was an act of comedy genius and one I admire with the compiler of the video clip, attached to the tweet, obviously perfectly aware of the fact that the 0-0 draw, away to Wigan Athletic, was such a drab game Luton only actually had one shot on target.
Like I said, comedy genius.
It was also something other Hatters supporters with the following social media posts illustrating the point perfectly:
