Tonight, the Hatters should have been welcoming Rotherham United, to Kenilworth Road, for a Championship fixture.

Unfortunately, the fixture has been postponed due to several positive COVID-19 cases in the Rotherham camp and has now been re-scheduled.

Here at Vital Luton Town, we sincerely hope those that are affected make a speedy recovery.

However, having no game tonight has left us with a gap to fill, even more so with news from within the Luton camp being a little scarce.

Therefore, to keep the front page rolling and give us all something to ponder over, I have decided to publish this article, that was prepared for tonight’s game, anyway.

As is the norm, I have strung together a starting XI of players that have worn the shirts of both clubs.

My XI can be found below, can you think of anyone else who has played for both clubs?

If you can, simply drop their name in the comment facility beneath this article.

    Mick Harford – Manager

anyone remember a player called Lewis Wing, an attacking midfielder from Middlesbrough ? he’s currently on loan at Rotherham. He scored a cracking goal in our 1st game back in the championship, 3 – 3 at home to Middlesbrough though not quite as good as Sonny’s half volley !
Watching the Sheff Wed v Rotherham game last week he looked very good indeed, can’t work out why Boro have loaned him out but at 25 yrs old he’s definitely a player who’d improve us, i’d love to see us go after him if available.
