It was that good!

With John Still not in attendance at Kenilworth Road, yesterday, courtesy of being struck down with a virus, it was left to his assistant, Hakan Hayrethin, to offer a few thoughts on the 6-0 thrashing of Kidderminster Harriers.

Speaking to the local media, this is what Hayrettin had to say,

‘If there is ever going to be a complete performance, you would probably say that would be it.”

‘I know they went down to 10 men, but we were outstanding. We did everything required to win a game of football. “

‘We had the professionalism and the desire to keep going for 90 minutes and that performance was dedicated to Jonathan Smith (who suffered a double leg break in the Hatters’ Boxing Day win at Barnet).”

‘We take every game on its merits. We are oozing confidence. We have got to keep it going.’

We have and with six points from six, so far this festive period, here`s hoping we can make it nine out of nine when we face Barnet on New Years` Day!
