Praise for Hatters Support

Yesterday I saluted the 111 Hatters supporters who made the trip to Kidderminster, for the FA Trophy tie.

It seems their presence was universally appreciated with the Hatters manager, quoted in a local newspaper, as also having praised them, commenting,

“They were absolutely different class and you could hear them all the way through the game.”

“Full credit to them because we weren`t confident the game was going to be on in the morning.”

“We`ve been training and we`ve been traveling back listening to the report of whether it was on or not.”

“We`ve tapered it down a little bit when the game was announced on and we never expected many fans to turn up as well.”

“But they were fantastic and got right behind the lads from minute one.”

“It`s always pleasing when you get the right result and right performance to back that up.”

The best support in the Conference I`ve always said and support that shames many a Football League club!
