Richard Money has no new injury worries ahead of the game against Rushden and Diamonds.

Shane Blackett (groin), Adam Newton (Achilles) and Freddie Murray (hernia) are reported as having been able to return to jogging this week. The manager believes that Newton and Murray could take some part in the Trophy match against Uxbridge on 15th January and that Blackett could be looking for a game a week later.

New signing Charlie Henry is reported to have suffered a set-back in his recovery from a foot injury and the manager said he will see a specialist next week.

Yesterday, Rushden signed York City striker Michael Gash on loan for the rest of the season and he goes straight into their squad for the game at Kenilworth Road.

The match sees the return to Kenilworth Road of Hatters favourite Kevin Nicholls as Rushden’s first team coach.
